Welcome to the New AAEM/RSA Member Engagement Hub!
We’re excited to offer a new way for you to get involved through micro-volunteering and project-based opportunities. This approach allows you to contribute to meaningful initiatives that fit your schedule and interests—no long-term commitments required.
Micro-volunteering with AAEM/RSA means:
- Participating in short-term, focused projects
- Collaborating with peers on high-impact initiatives
- Flexibility in time commitment
- Leading or joining efforts based on your passions
Examples Past of AAEM/RSA Projects:
Collaborated to script, record, and publish monthly episodes focused on wellness topics.
Developed a downloadable PDF and pocket guide, distributed nationally and available through the AAEM bookstore.
Designed and produced infographics highlighting member and conference benefits.
Hosted 30–50 minute sessions covering topics such as EM resources for residents and students, navigating MS3/MS4 life, and careers in Military EM.
